This page collects regulatory disclosures and partner information for Credian Technologies Inc. It will be expanded as we move from private beta to general availability.

Banking partner

Credian is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services and FDIC insurance coverage are provided by our partner bank, Member FDIC. Account agreements, deposit terms, and consumer disclosures are issued directly by the partner bank.

Money services

Credian is not a money transmitter. All payment authorizations executed through Credian agents settle on rails operated by our partner bank or licensed payment processors.

Identity verification

Owner identity verification is performed by Persona Identities, Inc., a third-party identity verification provider. Persona is responsible for the collection, storage, and processing of personal identifying information submitted during verification.

Credian and the Credian logo are trademarks of Credian Technologies Inc. All other trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Jurisdiction

Credian Technologies Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, USA. Services are currently offered to US business entities only.
