Privacy Policy

Credian Technologies Inc. (“Credian”, “we”, “us”) is in private beta. This policy describes how we handle information for early-access participants and visitors to credian.io. It will be expanded before general availability.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through waitlist forms (name, email, company), authentication events from our identity provider, and standard server logs. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use information

We use submitted information to operate the service, communicate about your account or the beta program, and improve product quality. Operational telemetry is retained only as long as needed to maintain reliability and security.

Identity verification

Owner identity verification is performed by our KYC partner, Persona Identities, Inc. PII collected during verification (name, address, date of birth, ID images) is stored by Persona under their privacy policy; Credian receives only the verification verdict and a reference id.

Banking and payments

Banking services are provided by our partner bank, Member FDIC. Payment information for agent-controlled transactions is processed under the partner bank's privacy and security practices and applicable financial regulations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@credian.io. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

Changes

We will publish material changes to this policy on this page and notify active beta participants by email.
