These terms govern your access to and use of Credian during our private beta. By accessing the service or signing up for early access, you agree to these terms. The terms will be expanded and replaced before general availability.
Eligibility
Credian is currently invite-only. You must be an authorized representative of a business entity, or an individual eligible to open a US business banking relationship, to participate in the beta.
Acceptable use
You may not use Credian to engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity. You may not use the service to facilitate transactions for prohibited merchant categories, including unlicensed gambling, illicit drugs, or weapons.
Beta nature of the service
The service is provided “as is” during beta. APIs, features, and pricing may change with notice. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion to protect users, comply with applicable law, or maintain reliability.
